The Accademia Italiana di Cucina Pandolfini has redesigned its main culinary course, run since the late 90s: the Weekly Cookery Program becomes an actual Cooking Vacation in Italy.

Aside from the change of name, the Cooking Vacation in Italy has a substantial part of cooking classes, with the Italian chefs at Good Tastes of Tuscany. But it comprises also new tours, both in Tuscan Countryside, with visits to the Renaissance Villa Pandolfini and its wineries and olive groves, and in Tuscan cities such as Florence and Siena.

Massimo Brogi, chairman and owner of the Academy, stated: “There is a balance, in our new Weekly Culinary Course, between learning to cook Traditional Italian recipes and experiencing Tuscan way of life by actually seeing our landscapes, tasting our flavors, walking through the country or in our beautiful cities. We hope our students will appreciate this cooking vacation in Italy as we enjoyed designing it, keeping the focus on teaching, discovering Italy best-kept culinary secrets and having fun.”

The Accademia Italiana di Cucina Pandolfini, founded in the 90s, is based in the Pandolfini Estate, with the Renaissance Villa and the Medieval Tower that stand few miles outside of Florence, and have had guests such as Charles VIII of France and Napoleon.

The Academy aims to preserve the heritage of the traditional Italian cuisine, through teaching its authentic recipes.
