Starting in Florence, Italy, the tour dates are May 3-12, 2016. Price for a group of 4-6 travelers is $3,295/person and includes lodging and ground transportation.

The tour kicks off with two days of touring and photographing Florence, the historic and beautiful capital of Tuscany – this ‘birth of the renaissance’ city offers captivating works of art at every turn! The group will visit panoramic overlooks, bustling local markets, and ancient streets that are works of art themselves. There will be photography of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, Santa Croce, the Palazzo Vecchio, the famous Duomo, plus so much more.

The next week is spent in southeastern Tuscany, based in Pienza, a charming hill town in the heart of the most picturesque region in all of Tuscany. Each day the group will get out early into the surrounding countryside to photograph the special light of the sunrise as it creates magic on the villages and rolling hills of the area. Besides photography, there will be plenty of time to explore, dine out, taste wine, and enjoy the slower pace of life in Tuscany. Strolling the quaint local streets, eating gelato, and people watching are favorite pastimes here. Each evening, the group will head to another of Don’s favorite destinations in this pastoral setting in order to capture the gorgeous light and colorful sunset over the landscape.

The tour ends back in Florence at the Peretola airport on May 12th.
